Rust-Oleum - National Sales Meeting

Rust-Oleum has been a long time client of Sardis. Collaborating on a NSM is one of our favorite times of the year. The creative meetings are full of laughter, the shoots are clever, and the list of deliverables is endless.

In addition to the theme development, Sardis Creative was hired to create over 100 video assets that would be integrated into the NSM. Every individual asset had to be produced, filmed and edited. With only two weeks turn-around, Sardis Creative worked around the clock to allow enough time for client approvals.

Ali Industries - Short Documentary

 

Rust-Oleum recently acquired Ali Industries, the umbrella to Gator® Finishing Products. Historically the approach to announcing this exciting news was to give Ali Industries a General Session slot to present from a Powerpoint. With this years meeting being fully virtual, the opportunity to mix things up was welcomed.

Sardis Creative helped Rust-Oleum voice this announcement by traveling to Dayton, Ohio and creating a 30-minute documentary detailing the history and inner-workings of Ali Industries. The documentary was a huge success and may lead to more of these in-depth story-telling concepts in the future.

Marketing demos.

As an alternative to an in-person breakout session, Rust-Oleum demonstrated their latest products in an engaging way at various locations.

Opening video.

The most anticipated content of every Rust-Oleum NSM is no doubt the Opening Video. Every year Sardis Creative helms the creation of a crazy and hilarious video to open the meeting. The video involves all Rust-Oleum staff and seems to get wilder every year! This year the video featured Rust-Oleum over the last 100 years in a (slightly) fictitious way.

Marketing video.

 

Sardis Creative created this custom animated video to educate attendees on the marketing initiatives that year.

Virtual event pre-records.

 

Sardis Events captured the foundation of the presentations on the in-house ‘Main Stage’. This is where the majority of presentations were made and the structure of the event came together. After it was captured, Sardis Creative assembled all the content into the master show timeline.
